Setting Default Values for the Printer

Whenever you select the Print button in the SAP system, SAP Print Screen List window is displayed. 

There is a way to set default values for the fields in this screen.

This way you dont have to re-enter your settings every time. 

After you have entered all the settings according to your needs, select the User-Specific Print Parameters button from the application toolbar. "Print List Output" window will popup.

This window useful in selecting user-specific and other print options.
