Implementation Lessons Learned

Companies that implement SAP varies.  Their reasons for implementing varies as well.

However few objectives are common, including:

* improved business application integration, 
* better operational reporting, 
* close–to–real-time strategic reporting, 
* and support for creating new or extending existing business processes. 

Once the project ends, the team walks away with valuable experiences and lessons learnt.
