Finding the Transaction Code for the Current Task

In SAP you can determine transaction code of the current screen. 

Select the menu path System, Status. 

The system Status screen will be displayed.

This screen provides technical information regarding the current screen.

In addition the system Status screen also displays you the transaction code.

The transaction code is displayed in the field under the SAP Data heading called Transaction. 

This method could be used from nearly any screen.
