Using SAP Print Screen Function

You can save SAP screen output to a file.  In order to do that enter %pc on the command line, and then press Enter. 

A print window will pop up, defaulting to saving the screen's contents in an unconverted or XLS file format. 

You can choose the format.  For example, XLS or RTF for Excel or Word-based output, respectively, and press Enter, 

Browse to the desired directory path, type the name of the output file you want to create, and then press Save.  

This will save the data to the filename you specified.

Output Device field contains the name of the output device. 

The output device could be a printer or a fax machine.  It could be any hardware device connected to SAP server.
